Introduction Of The Oris Diver Sixty Five Brown Gradient Dial Reference 01 733 7707 4356-07 5 20 45

The Oris Diver Sixty Five collection has come out with some great color combinations over the years. As of right now there are over 60 different references within this collection. The most recent release features a bronze bezel and a brown gradient dial. We are personally excited about this new watch release because we’ll be doing a hands-on review shortly. Stay tuned!

The new Oris Diver Sixty Five Brown Gradient Dial watch exudes a classic vintage diver. The bronze bezel, faded brown dial, and faux patina indices combined with a slimmer dive case will take you back in time. In a world where divers sometimes seem to look the same, it’s refreshing to see some unique originality out of Oris with their Diver Sixty Five collection.

Oris Diver Sixty Five Movement Brown Gradient Dial

Oris Diver Sixty Five Brown Gradient Dial

What makes this reference unique to the Diver Sixty Five collection is the brown gradient dial. The dial appears to me a smooth brown that fades to a black. Just by judging the photos from the press release, the brown seems to be closer to a dried tobacco color which will be appealing to buyers.

On the dial, Oris has included bronze indices with a vintage faux patina. This aged look gives the watch personality and helps the Oris Diver Sixty Five Brown Gradient dial stand out from the rest in the collection

Oris Diver Sixty Five Case

The case for the Divers Sixty Five collection is slimmer and very refined. With a case diameter of 40mm, it definitely is a well sized diver that actually looks like it’ll wear smaller than a 40mm. The stainless steel case come equipped with a unidirectional rotating bezel with a bronze outer edge. The top glass is a domed sapphire crystal that is applied with an anti-reflected coating on the inside. The case back doesn’t appear to be anything special, most likely performing more function than beauty. With this diver you won’t be getting a large water resistance rating at 100m but that is enough for what 99.99% of us will be using it for.

Oris Diver Sixty Five Movement

The new Oris Diver Sixty Five Brown Gradient Dial is housed with the Oris 733 movement. This is a modified SW 200-1, which is a hardy 3rd party movement. With the Oris 733 movement you’ll get a bi-directional rotor, 38 hours of power reserve, and frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. All in all this 26 jeweled modified SW 200-1 is a solid movement for a watch in this price point.

Brown Leather Strap To Match The Brown Gradient Dial

I don’t know if it’s just us but we much more prefer Oris watches on leather or silicone straps. They are so versatile and the strap combinations really just bring them to life. On the reference 01 733 7707 4356-07 5 20 45 Oris Divers Sixty Five Brown Gradient comes with a brown leather strap with a stainless steel buckle. We are anticipating that the brown on brown look will be stunning and really make this dive watch pop.
