Rolex 126300 Overview
The Rolex Datejust is one of the most iconic watches in history. It has been and still is the most popular collection sold by Rolex. What people love about the Datejust is the timeless look, legibility, and the many ways to customize it. The particular Rolex Datejust reference, 126300, is a great complement to the Datejust collection and shows just how beautiful it can be. We’ll provide a brief overview of the 126300 for your reference but if you’d like to discover more you can do so by visiting our Datejust Collection Section.

Case
A quieter version of the Datejust collection, the 126300 comes with a smooth bezel rather than the traditional fluted bezel. The smooth bezel is more for the user who loves the Datejust but doesn’t quite want the flashy look that the watch can provide, which is a lot. Reference 126300 has the smooth bezel made up of stainless steel and a stainless steel 41mm case. This combination provides an elegant classy look that can be worn in casual and dress attire alike.
Movement
Housed in the 126300 41mm case is the Rolex in-house calibre 3235 automatic movement. The 3235 is a newer movement from Rolex and came with significant upgrades. The power reserve has been improved from 40 hours to 70 hours and there were significant gains made in the anti-magnetic protection. Although Omega was first to the party with movements of this stature, Rolex has now gone toe to toe and have excelled with modern movements and manufacturing.
Of course with all Rolex movements, the in house calibre 3235 automatic movement is COSC certified. To take it one step further Rolex has designated their watches Superlative Chronometers because they can still maintain their accuracy +2/-2 seconds per day even after casing.
Bracelet
The Rolex 126300 has a beautiful Jubilee bracelet constructed of stainless steel. Rolex is known for their bracelet design and construction for being some of the most comfortable metal bracelets available. The tapered Jubilee bracelet on the 126300 fits the mold.
In our opinion, what doesn’t get much love is the clasp on the Jubilee bracelet. It plays such a critical role but everyone’s so focused on all the other beautiful aspects of the 126300 that one can sometimes get lost. The newer Oyster Clasps offer secure protection and at the same time augment the comfortability and wearability of the 126300.
